IRONSIDE have been making great progress on site. Based on this current timelines we are expect settlement to occur sometime in October 2019.
With this in mind we recommend purchasers who hare using finance to begin discussions with your banks as early as possible. We are finding banks have tightened up their lending criteria, lengthening the ordinary time for approving a loan.
Further and regular communication will come with regards to the process for settlement include expectations around the settlement process.
Construction Progress
Since the last update there has been plenty happen on site with:
Concrete structure for the Basement, Ground and Level 1 is now complete. Steel structure on Level 2 has been erected and the roof has been installed.
Windows have been installed on Ground and Level 1 with Level 2 windows to be installed very shortly.
Services rough-in has been complete in Basement, Ground and Level 1 with plastering mostly completed on both the latter levels.
Painting and external finishes have commence and will continue in April.
