First Home Buyers - Come down and find out what all the fuss is about!

Posted by Sunil Tolley on Sep 14, 2017 4:00:00 PM

In the heart of up and coming hipster suburb Brunswick East, this weekend we are launching B.E. Apartments.  Designed by RotheLowman with younger purchasers and first home buyers in mind, B.E. not only offers more financially than other developments in the marketplace, but also delivers a desirable lifestyle in one of Melbourne’s quickly gentrifying suburbs.

We recently announced the Your Path Your Start offer for the B.E. development, which sees first home buyers purchasing with only a 5% deposit to secure your home.  Ordinarily a developer would require a 10% deposit from a buyer when selling off the plan, but our developers, who are young themselves, wanted to go further to help rectify the affordability issue for first home buyers.

The offer is also available from launch, giving first home buyers more choice with which apartment they purchase.

If a first home buyer has the 10% deposit, our client will offer them a West Elm furniture voucher to the value of $5,000 for a one bedroom apartment, and $8,000 for a two or three bedroom apartment.

Located at 15 Brunswick Road, the B.E. development is also strategically located to target a younger demographic of first home buyers and young families. Known as a cultural hub of Melbourne, Brunswick East locals are fiercely loyal to the neighbourhood. The B.E. development has a walkability score of 83 with much to explore in the area including: 400 Gradi (boasting the best “margherita” pizza in the WORLD) to juicy burgers at B.East, and locally roasted coffee at Code Black.

The design of B.E. Apartments is also a draw card for young purchasers: apartments on offer include one, two, and three bedroom homes, with timber flooring, European appliances, and the option of either light or dark palettes for internal colour schemes.

And in true Brunswick East style, the exterior of the building will include a significant commission from well known local street artist Ghostpatrol. Ghostpatrol is painting live in his pop up studio at the B.E. display suite. The murals, much like the development itself, will be a celebration of the surrounding Brunswick East culture.

Come down out our B.E. Launch Party this weekend on Saturday 16th September.
From 11am - 2pm at 15 Brunswick Road Brunswick East.

We will have financial advisors on site, as well as food and
coffee trucks, a live local DJ  - and Ghostpatrol in action.
