Located off the bustling Smith Street precinct, Ten Keele Street offers residents the world of Collingwood at their doorstep. From cult-favourite eateries and boutique shops to local galleries and quirky homeware stores, Smith St has it all.

Fueled by creativity and innovation, Collingwood has emerged as a new epicenter of art, design and food in Melbourne.

Once the center of textile manufacturing in Australia, Collingwood’s post- industrial masonry factories and ‘saw-tooth’ warehouses have attracted artists
for decades. The buildings have provided the expansive space needed for creative communities to flourish, and today galleries, studios, start-ups, cafés and workshops burst from every available warehouse space.

This creative and rebellious spirit has spilled over into every aspect of the Collingwood’s culture and a dynamic food, design and fashion scene has also evolved.

Despite its rising status, Collingwood remains uniquely grounded and an attitude of acceptance and collaboration define the diverse community that call this unique place home.
